My father used to talk quantum physics with me as a child. I thought some of the ideas were pretty interesting. When I was older I read a book call Art and Physics and that got me thinking. What if I did something really basic - pencil and paper - and tried drawing chaotically without any image or objective in mind? What would arise?

These drawings are the result of that experiment. Patterns emerged from the chaos. Lines tended to weave, knot, burst and wiggle into linear, circular and organic shapes; much like the manifestation of matter and the life force of existence.
